Things to do in the Black Hills, South Dakota

The Black Hills of South Dakota hold so much history and they are a wonderful place to vist. Most people only know this area from Mount Rushmore but in reality there is a lot to see around here. So to make your trip planning easier, I’ve compiled a list of things to do in the Black Hills. Let me know what you think in the comments below. As always safe travels!

An iconic image of the United States, Mount Rushmore features sixty feet sculptures of the heads of four famous United States presidents carved into the Black Hills of Keystone. Eventhough this is a quick site to visit, it’s worth the detour. However, the original design didn’t include presidents at all. Read my post about it here.
