I was born while my parents were traveling all over the US, Canada, and Central America. Thanks to this, I was granted dual citizenship and learned to speak 3 languages before I was 14. I’ve lived in 3 different countries and visited many more. I was born to travel, and I’m a pro at it! I took my first solo trip before I was 15. My first experience as a guide was when I was 16, when I led a private group on a 3 week back pack tour of Costa Rica and Nicaragua.
As soon as I learned how to drive, I bought an old VW Westfalia so that I would have a place to stay as I visited eastern parts of Canada and the United States. That’s when I got a new addiction: road trips! I’ve done too many to count. I love the freedom to go where I want at my own pace because I’m hard to keep up with. I can cover a whole lot of ground in a very short period of time. It’s not unusual for me to hit 3-6 sites in a day. There’s so much to see and I want to see it all.
I’ve traveled my entire life and I don’t plan to stop, ever! The world is full of beautiful places and hidden secrets. I’m on a personal quest to find them all! I love to hike, swim, climb, snorkel, dive, kayak and many more activities. There’s so many ways to explore the world and I’m prepared to try them all! Nothing is going to stop me from reaching a hidden secret.
I believe that the history behind each site is just as important as the visual experience. That’s why I research each site extensively. I want to know everything there is to know about it and I discover some pretty fascinating things that you don’t normally hear about. My specialty is finding hidden treasures and less common places that haven’t become popular yet, but that’s not all I do. I also visit and research all the popular places too!

I like to travel solo a lot. It brings a sense of complete freedom that really doesn’t compare to anything else. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommended you to.
